Notification of change of address

You can notify HASO of your change of address electronically if someone moves in or out of your apartment.

You can find the electronic form at the bottom of this page. 

Please report any persons moving into or out of your apartment as soon as you become aware of the changes. The due date for maintenance charges is the 5th of each month. We will only take the changes to the water charge for a specific month into account when they have been submitted before the due date. HASO will not refund water charges afterwards if the tenant has neglected their obligation to report a change of address.

The property manager’s office will submit the notification of change of address to the maintenance company. You can order the register of occupants from the maintenance company after you have moved. Please note that the maintenance company will only open the buildings’ doors to people who have reported their change of address.

You also need to submit a notification of a change of address to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Information about changes of address are not automatically transferred from HASO’s systems, and, similarly, HASO does not receive information automatically from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.

We recommend that you state your contact information on the form so that the property manager’s office can contact you.

The property manager’s office will submit this notification to the maintenance company. Changes to the tenants while you are living in the apartment must also be reported to the property manager’s office. You can order the register of occupants from the maintenance company after you have moved.

You also need to file a notification of a change of address with the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
