Defect notification

Tenant can report defects to the maintenance company electronically by selecting the address concerned in the field below. When you also enter your e-mail address, you will receive a link via which you can track the progress of the repairs.

You can also call your maintenance company to report a defect. The contact information of the maintenance companies can be found on the noticeboards in the housing location and this page.

The maintenance companies have emergency phone numbers you can call outside office hours. In urgent matters, you should always call the maintenance company directly.

PLEASE NOTE! The tenant is personally responsible for specific repairs such as changing the light bulb.

All defects in the shared facilities of the building (such as equipment and devices, front doors, machines in the laundry room) also need to be reported to the maintenance company.
