Queue number application

Before applying for an apartment, you need a right-of-occupancy queue number.

The queue numbers are administered by the Housing Services of the City of Helsinki. You can apply for a number or verify your number on their website.

You can verify your number through the City’s online service via this link.

You can receive more information about the queue numbers from the Housing Services’ service number 09 310 13032 (from Monday to Thursday at 9:00–11:00)

PLEASE NOTE!

A queue number application is not the same as a housing application with Haso. You can only apply for an apartment with Haso after you have received your queue number.
